TileHMM
TileHMM is an R package designed for the analysis of ChIP-chip data. It is available under the General Public License and comes with absolutely no warranty.
News
- 30 September 2009 – TileHMM version 1.0-3 is now available for download. This update fixes some minor bugs in the documentation and provides a more compact version of the included ChIP-chip dataset.
- 18 August 2008 – An article describing the methodology behind TileHMM has been published by BMC Bioinformatics. TileHMM version 1.0-2 is now available for download.
- 30 May 2008 – TileHMM version 1.0-1 is now available for download.
