TileHMM version 1.0-3 is now available for download. This update fixes some minor bugs in the documentation and provides a more compact version of the included ChIP-chip dataset.

The package documentation is available as PDF and HTML.
A tutorial introducing the main functions of TileHMM and the typical work flow for a ChIP-chip analysis is available as PDF.

Data

Simulated ChIP-chip data for testing and comparison is available for download (63MB).
The result of a TileHMM based analysis of the H3K27me3 data published by Zhang et al. (2007) is available as GFF file.
