The package documentation is available as PDF and HTML.A tutorial introducing the main functions of TileHMM and the typical work flow for a ChIP-chip analysis is available as PDF.
Data
Simulated ChIP-chip data for testing and comparison is available for download (63MB).The result of a TileHMM based analysis of the H3K27me3 data published by Zhang et al. (2007) is available as GFF file.
